What happens after I book?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a link for our video call. A reminder email will also arrive 24 hours before our session.
Do I need to prepare anything?
When booking, you’ll have the chance to share what’s on your mind and heart so we can make the most of our time together. There’s no need to prepare anything else and you’re welcome to come exactly as you are, whether you have a clear focus or just a sense that something needs attention.
What’s included in the session?
In our 60 minutes together, you’ll receive personalised support tailored to your needs, blending somatic practices, creative insights and practical guidance. After our session, I’ll send you follow-up notes with reflections, prompts and any co-created next steps to help you carry the clarity forwards.
Do I need a private space for our session?
Yes, I encourage you to choose a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable and free from interruptions. This will allow you to settle in, explore openly and connect deeply with yourself without distraction. Think of it as creating a little sanctuary – a cosy, peaceful corner to pause, breathe and connect.
Is one session enough?
For many, a single session offers the clarity, ease or fresh perspective they need to move through a current challenge or sticky situation. If you’d like deeper support, you’re welcome to book additional sessions or explore my 4-month mentorship, Emergence.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand that life can bring surprises. If something comes up, just let me know at least 24 hours before our session, and we’ll find a new time that suits us both.
