Come a little
closer to yourself.

Redefine your relationship with stress and overwhelm, and live a life that is aligned, connected and on purpose.

You only need to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.

Reflections

“Shannon’s gentle guidance, her ability to hold space from afar and her wealth of knowledge were invaluable to me while I pursued my creative practice full time in a foreign country. I am forever grateful.”

The knowing got you here. Something else takes you further.

Most people I work with already know themselves pretty well. They might have a therapist, a meditation practice that comes and goes, a shelf of books they return to – and still, something isn't shifting. I'm Shannon, and I spent a very long time in that place. If you’re here, perhaps insight has taken you as far as it can, and something more embodied is what's needed next.

About Shannon

Healing is about taking the time to notice what gets in the way of feeling connected to your life, your community, and your sense of possibility. Healing, at its core, is about slowing down so that we can better listen, to ourselves and each other.
